HEAD CHEF
 
Our 45 seater restaurant is based around the philosophy of sourcing quality ingredients and
cooking them simply but properly.   We have been here for 9 years and are proud of the reputation
that we have developed and will continue to build on this in the future.
 
We are a member of the Scotch Beef Club and are well known for the quality of our steaks, and
have daily deliveries of fresh fish.
 
An experience chef is required to work closely with the business owner in all areas of
professional kitchen management, food preperation and cooking. 
 
It is a hands on role working within a small team.
 
Split shifts Tuesday to Saturday Lunch and Dinner
Approximately 45 hours per week
 
A Competitive Salary will be offered.
